Your Rights and Obligations on the Platform

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "57pk," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 57pk platform at 57pk.org and all associated gaming services.
• "Platform" refers to the 57pk website, its subdomains, all gaming software, sports betting services, payment interfaces, and any related services made available by 57pk.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any registered account holder or visitor accessing the 57pk Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player for the purpose of accessing 57pk services.
• "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance associated with a Player's Account, from which bets are placed and into which winnings are credited.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or cashback amounts credited to an Account pursuant to a 57pk promotional offer.
• "Real Funds" means PKR deposited by a Player via an approved payment method, forming the non-bonus portion of the Account balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by 57pk prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games before they may be converted to Real Funds or withdrawn.

By registering an Account, accessing the 57pk Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and 57pk in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 57pk Platform and close your Account by contacting customer support. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are accessing the 57pk Platform for personal, recreational use only and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• You are not an employee, director, or contractor of 57pk or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are not a professional player operating under a management agreement that requires disclosure;
• You are registering and using only one Account on the 57pk Platform;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, truthful, and complete.

57pk reserves the right to request verification of eligibility at any time and to restrict or close Accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or where documentation provided is insufficient or fraudulent.

To access the full range of 57pk services, including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in promotional programmes, you must register a complete Account. Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number, a unique password, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, and a valid email address where applicable.

Only one Account is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. The existence of multiple Accounts, whether registered in the same name or under different names by the same individual, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, 57pk reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings generated through the duplicate Account.

Prior to processing any withdrawal from your 57pk Account, you are required to complete KYC verification. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. 57pk may request additional supporting documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.

All 57pk Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, or SadaPay are credited in PKR with no conversion applied. For USDT TRC20 deposits, the PKR equivalent will be calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 57pk Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you must take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your Account.

57pk will never contact you by any channel to request your password or any security code sent to your registered mobile number. Any communication purporting to be from 57pk that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify 57pk immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of Account security. Subject to our investigation confirming your report, 57pk will take reasonable steps to secure your Account. However, 57pk accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials or where you have shared credentials with a third party.

57pk accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit is PKR 100. All deposits are credited in PKR to your 57pk Wallet. Deposits via mobile wallets (JazzCash and EasyPaisa) are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes. 57pk does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for Real Funds in your Account balance. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until associated Wagering Requirements are fully satisfied. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, subject to method availability and KYC completion.

57pk reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including during periodic account reviews, where the withdrawal amount exceeds defined internal thresholds, or where there are indicators of unusual account activity. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: Typically within 30 minutes for verified accounts;
• SadaPay: Typically within 1–2 hours;
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank: Up to 24 hours on business days;
• USDT TRC20: Up to 24 hours, subject to blockchain confirmation times.

Any chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute initiated by a Player through their payment provider in respect of a 57pk deposit will constitute a material breach of these Terms. 57pk reserves the right to suspend and close any Account where a chargeback is initiated, void all pending and settled winnings, and pursue recovery of any amounts subject to the reversal.

57pk offers various promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the relevant offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all 57pk promotional programmes unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Bonus Funds are credited to the Bonus Funds balance of your Account, separate from Real Funds, until Wagering Requirements are satisfied;
• Wagering Requirements must be completed using Real Funds and Bonus Funds in the proportions specified in the individual promotion terms;
• Only eligible game categories (as specified per promotion) contribute to Wagering Requirement completion;
• Free spin winnings are credited as Bonus Funds and subject to a Wagering Requirement unless the promotion terms specify otherwise;
• 57pk reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that withdrawals do not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered;
• Players who self-exclude from promotional communications remain eligible for mandatory responsible gaming tools but will not receive bonus offers during the exclusion period;
• Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or exploit bonus terms — including hedging bets, placing offsetting wagers, or systematic low-variance wagering designed to extract bonus value — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account suspension.

Each game category on the 57pk Platform is governed by its own game-specific rules, accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet or wager on any 57pk game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules. The following general gaming rules apply across all 57pk game categories.

All sports bets, including cricket (PSL, international fixtures), football, UFC, and all other sports, are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a postponed or abandoned fixture, 57pk's specific sport rules applicable to that event type will determine settlement. In-play bets placed after the commencement of an event are accepted subject to 57pk's prevailing odds at the time the bet is confirmed.

All non-live casino games use random number generation certified by an independent testing laboratory. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers operating under real-time conditions. The results of all games are final once the relevant round or hand is completed. 57pk reserves the right to void any game round where a technical malfunction has occurred that materially affected the outcome.

In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the processing of a bet, 57pk reserves the right to declare the affected bet void and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. Winnings derived from a manifest error in odds, game display, or settlement logic are void, regardless of whether they have been credited to the Account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 57pk Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended and may have all balances, including Real Funds, withheld pending investigation:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same identity or a false identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other automated tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to influence game outcomes or exploit promotional programmes;
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or misconfigured odds to generate winnings that would not otherwise be available;
• Laundering funds through the 57pk Platform by depositing and withdrawing without material wagering activity;
• Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals after depositing to the Platform;
• Using another person's payment credentials or identity to fund or access a 57pk Account;
• Any activity that constitutes fraud, theft, or criminal conduct under applicable law.

57pk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, bet limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and take effect within the timeframes specified in 57pk's Responsible Gaming policy.

Where a Player applies a self-exclusion, that exclusion will remain in effect for the minimum period selected and may not be lifted early. Any attempt to register a new Account while a self-exclusion is active constitutes a breach of these Terms. 57pk will use reasonable measures to prevent excluded players from opening new Accounts; however, the Platform cannot guarantee detection in all circumstances, and Players bear primary responsibility for not circumventing exclusions.

All content on the 57pk Platform, including but not limited to the 57pk brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, images, graphics, audio, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of 57pk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 57pk content without express prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 57pk, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if 57pk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

57pk's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The 57pk Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 57pk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

57pk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 57pk Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support. 57pk does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party payment processors and game providers only to the extent necessary to provide Platform services.

You may close your 57pk Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any Real Funds remaining in your Account (subject to the satisfaction of applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method following completion of standard withdrawal procedures.

57pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) 57pk is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction; (c) 57pk reasonably suspects fraudulent or prohibited activity; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Upon termination of an Account due to breach of these Terms, 57pk reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including Real Funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law and justified by the nature of the breach established upon investigation.

57pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via a notification at login or to the registered email address associated with the Account, no fewer than seven days prior to the changes taking effect, except where the changes are required by law or regulatory obligation, in which case they may take effect immediately.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. The current version of the Terms is always accessible at 57pk.org/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 57pk holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved in the first instance through 57pk's internal dispute resolution procedure, which requires the submission of a written complaint to the 57pk support team.

57pk undertakes to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to issue a substantive response within 14 days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, players may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body associated with 57pk's gaming licence.
